For an after-hours emergency on a weekday (between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) or on a weekend (Friday 1:00 p.m. to Monday at 8:00 a.m.) or statutory holiday, please telephone the Kiwanis Homes office at (905) 545-4654. Our after-hours emergency service will contact the appropriate contractor or page the staff person on call to respond to your emergency.

For a maintenance emergency only during regular working hours, please contact the Kiwanis Homes office. An emergency would be a fire, flood, sewer backup, no heat in winter, refrigerator failure, etc. All administrative queries should be left on your Resident Coordinator’s office voicemail for response.
